Transcript Policy

You are entitled to receive your transcript even if you did not graduate. Upon graduation, you may request a free copy of your transcript. If you did not complete the program, there is a ten-dollar administrative fee for your transcript.

Diploma Policy

Upon graduation, you will receive your diploma, normally at your graduation ceremony. There is no charge for your diploma. In order to receive your diploma, you must have completed all requirements, including providing proof of six credits of college level anatomy and physiology and turning in the homework for all classes. You must also have paid your full tuition. As long as any classes are marked Incomplete due to not turning in homework, you cannot receive your diploma. 

If your diploma is lost or damaged, a replacement diploma will cost $25.
